Pembury Spring Walk!
Meeting point: The Star, Maidstone Rd, Matfield, Tonbridge TN12 7JR
Time: Assembling for 9:50am with a set off time of 10am. (Please note, we aim to leave promptly so if you arrive past the time you may not be able to catch up with us!)
Parking: Parking available in The Star pub carpark behind the beer garden with additional spaces near the cricket pavilion (black building on the green).
Route: The walk is 4.5 miles with gentle slopes , woods , fields , orchards , streams , lanes etc. Clockwise from Matfield towards Pembury and back , including both Snipe Wood and Cinderhill !
If you are hoping to attend, please confirm via email to steph.dowling@kent.gov.uk by Friday 3rd May in order to sign up and also to let me know if you are staying for the pub and if you are bringing any dogs with you. If you would just like to meet us at the pub and not the walk this is fine too, just let me know. 😊
