Ways 2 Wellbeing – Projects
It is now well known and researched that time spent in nature is good for our mental and physical wellbeing. KHWP works to protect and restore nature not just for wildlife but also for people. We hope to inspire a deeper connection with and appreciation of nature so that both people and wildlife can thrive together.
As well as our important conservation and education work, KHWP offer nature connection wellbeing opportunities through a variety of projects and programmes. Details of these can be found by clicking on the projects listed on this page.
We work in partnership with Live Well Kent, Involve Kent, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, Kent County Council, Town and County Housing Foundation, and local schools and organisations. We are always open to working with new partners and exploring new opportunities to enhance health and wellbeing in the community. If you would like to discuss opportunities to work with us please do email cmp@khwp.org.uk. We can also provide posters and leaflets of any of our projects if you would like to pass this information onto your own community or clients.
