Ways 2 Wellbeing – Projects

Spending time in nature is widely recognised as beneficial for mental and physical wellbeing. KHWP works to protect and restore nature not only for wildlife, but for people too. We aim to inspire a deeper connection with nature so that both people and wildlife can thrive.

Alongside our conservation and education work, we offer nature connection and wellbeing opportunities through a range of projects and programmes. You can find details by selecting the projects listed on this page.

We work in partnership with Live Well Kent, Involve Kent, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, Kent County Council, Town and County Housing Foundation, and local schools and community organisations. We are always open to new partnerships and opportunities to improve health and wellbeing in the community. If you would like to work with us, please email cmp@khwp.org.uk.

We can also provide posters and leaflets for our projects if you would like to share information with your community or clients.
