The Grove

The Grove is a designed urban space laid out in 1703. It was designed for the citizens of Tunbridge Wells to use as a shady rest area when visiting the Spring in the high street.

We have been invited to add some diversity to the park with some wildflower planting. so join us in another beautiful green space of Royal Tunbridge wells.

If you are attending and going to be driving to the event and need parking at the Cresent road carpark (please car share where possible) send an email to Rebecca.messenger@kent.gov.uk containing your details 1 week before to be added to the permit.

All tools and training provided by qualified and first aid trained countryside staff. We provide hot drinks and biscuits during morning break and lunch.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the task and weather and strong sturdy shoes. If staying all day please bring some lunch. All under 16’s to be supervised by a parent guardian
