The Kent High Weald Partnership is a dynamic and innovative Countryside Management Partnership, operating across the Borough of Tunbridge Wells working within the varied and beautiful landscape of the High Weald AONB and Low Weald of Kent. Based in the wonderful surroundings of Bedgebury Pinetum.

Kent High Weald Countryside Management Partnership (CMP) have developed a range of Team Building, Forest School and outdoor learning activity programmes to foster children’s love of the countryside and allow them to have fun while achieving national curriculum outcomes.

These have proved very popular and demand is only increasing. We are therefore looking to recruit part-time Activity Rangers to help lead on some of these activities. Most sessions take place during the school term between 9am and 3pm. If you have a passion for the great outdoors; enjoy den-building; campfires and woodland crafts you could be the person to join our team. You should have experience working with children and be available to work on a flexible basis around the borough of Tunbridge Wells.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. Purpose of the job is to lead on the delivery of Forest Schools, Team Building and outdoor learning activity sessions on countryside sites, commons and nature reserves in the Tunbridge Wells area as well as Bedgebury Pinetum.
