Your Greenspaces
The Kent High Weald Partnership manages a number of greenspaces and nature reserves on behalf of Tunbridge Wells Borough and local parish councils with the help of local volunteers. We manage the sites with the aims of enhancing biodiversity and promoting access, education, and enjoyment.
To help achieve this, the KHWP works with the landowners, stakeholders, and communities to: help raise much needed funds; organise public events and consultation; and carry out practical habitat and access work on the sites.
With KHWP supervision, local volunteers carry out the majority of the practical tasks required to maintain and improve the sites. Without the ongoing commitment of volunteers, it would not be feasible to carry on managing these valuable green spaces and a significant loss of biodiversity would result. To find out more about how you could help to look after important wildlife sites see our volunteering information by clicking on the link below.
For information about each site and what you can find there, visit the site page. Volunteers tasks and events can be found on the Tasks and Events page.
If you need to report an issue at one of our sites, please email cmp@khwp.org.uk. You can also contact the local police on 101 to report anti-social behaviour or 999 if it is an emergency.
