All task days run from 10am to 3pm with tea and lunch break in between.
What you will need:

- A packed lunch and water bottle
- Appropriate clothing for the weather (eg waterproofs in the winter and hats in the summer)
We provide:

Volunteer testimonials-
On a personal level, volunteering has proved very rewarding, I am working with like-minded people and built real friendships as result, I am also keeping active and healthy and it has helped me adjust to retirement.
I enjoy being out in the countryside, the physical activity, learning new skills and seeing at first hand the transformation KHWP is making to sites that have often been neglected for years.
The huge variety of tasks that they manage throughout the year have provided me with the opportunity to develop a wide set of skills which I would never have had otherwise.
The organisation and its very professional staff make a real difference to the spaces we all enjoy around Tunbridge Wells and is a valuable asset to the greater community.
To me I would much prefer spending a day volunteering with the Kent High Weald Partnership than going to the gym over a number of days. It’s a much better work out, far more sociable and allows me to put something back into my community
